Power-up bundles are sold as digital goods and are generally non-refundable once delivered. The Unlimited Pack is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For billing disputes, contact us at hello@flappyworldtour.com within 14 days of the charge.
By submitting your initials to the leaderboard, you grant us the right to display that entry publicly within the game. We reserve the right to remove any entry that contains offensive content or is suspected of cheating.
All game content, graphics, audio, and code are the property of the developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the game or its content.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the game is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or any purchases made within it.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
